ITCC has acquired digital media and marketing agency, Loud Days.

The announcement:
ITCC has acquired leading independent digital media and marketing agency Loud Days, just twelve months after it burst back onto the Australian digital media scene. The move will allow ITCC Group and Loud Days to provide a holistic and integrated digital marketing, content, media, IT and development offer to clients.
The ITCC Group and Loud Days portfolio will now cover a vast number of sectors including retail and lifestyle brands, health and aged care, and energy and infrastructure across a variety of corporate and ASX-listed businesses including ALS Global, ACCIONA, Amplifon Australia, Mayfield Lighting and Zenitas Healthcare.
The ITCC group of agencies, which includes app development agency Appmart, will now see clients benefit from a deeper level of expertise across digital marketing, media, and development, positioning the group to meet client’s increasing demands for end-to-end marketing and development solutions. It also allows the group to further expand its operations regionally and internationally.
ITCC Group co-founder and director Kunal Vyas says the acquisition is both strategic and creative: “Loud Day’s integrated approach to media aligns with ITCC’s philosophy of creating valuable digital experiences. We’re looking forward to blending data with strategy to ensure measurable outcomes are achieved for all of our clients. We are excited to have them join the family”.
ITCC Group co-founder and chief executive officer Praharsh Parikh says that “We are thrilled to welcome Loud Days to the ITCC family. COVID-19 has forced businesses to be selective with resources – the consolidation of services across marketing, media, IT and development is key to our group’s value proposition moving forward. We saw this acquisition as a key opportunity to offer the market a true end-to-end digital solution.”
The new team, led by group general manager Mathew Fagan, will see increased scale and growth for clients, with opportunities and specialisations from all three of the ITCC Group agencies: ITCC, Loud Days and Appmart.
“I’m looking forward to further scaling our clients’ businesses by leveraging the expertise of the broader team and resources,” said Mathew.
