On November 4th, Rheinwerk Verlag will host the Social Media Marketing Day 2021. As part of the conference, which is held online this time, experts share their know-how about successful social media marketing in eight lectures. The focus is on the topics of community building, content creation and social advertising.
The Social Media Marketing Day had its Premiere 2019 in Cologne. It is now being carried out as a digital event, but again offers a varied and informative program for everyday work. Anna-Lena Schwan and André Rudolph kick off with a look behind the scenes at DB Cargo and the experience of how the brand was able to gain a lot of followers on Twitter. In his lecture, Hendrik Unger reveals the opportunities and risks inherent in audio trends such as clubhouse or your own podcast. Maike Petersen reports on how to develop a content strategy in five steps. Anne Grabs again shows what storytelling makes successful for so-called small businesses and personal brands on Instagram.
Daniel Zoll presents his after a lunch break YouTube-Format #FragDenDan and answers questions about TikTok. Daniela Rohrig reveals how to write texts with charm and humor, even if they are aimed at a specialist audience. Daniel Levitan presents dos and don’ts for dealing with Facebook and Instagram ads. The day of the conference will be concluded by Christian Solmecke with a practical overview of the legal pitfalls lurking in social networks and how they can be avoided.
The participants can easily take part in the moderated live event via their browser. In the event that you miss a lecture or want to watch it again, the entire event is recorded and can be accessed after the event. In addition, the participants can interact with the speakers via live chat.
